Our game pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page performance, such as page-load timing and web-vitals metrics. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not track individual visitors across sites. The analytics provider receives the requests needed to deliver and measure the pages. We do not use these metrics for advertising.
We collect only the account and save data needed to provide sign-in and cross-device progress. Google supplies a stable account subject.
If you use Sign in with Apple in the iOS app, we request no name or email. We verify Apple's identity and authorization response and use an app-specific account identifier for sign-in and saves. Apple's identity, access, and refresh tokens are encrypted on our server to validate the account and revoke access when you delete it. The device stores Apple's opaque user identifier and game session together in its private Keychain and removes that pair on sign-out or deletion.
Deleting an Apple game account removes its sessions, saved progress, and other nonfinancial account associations from our server immediately. Encrypted credentials remain in a retry queue until Apple confirms revocation or reports that the credential is invalid. A temporary Apple outage delays revocation without delaying deletion of your progress. For up to 24 hours, we retain a keyed account digest and deletion timestamp to prevent an interrupted sign-in from recreating the deleted account. Signed account revocation and deletion notifications from Apple also remove the linked game account. An expired or unusable refresh credential requires sign-in again and does not by itself delete saved progress.
You may delete your game account from the account controls.
Go and Do does not currently collect a marketing email on the play shell or gift page. Capture on those surfaces stays off. If an address was ever stored for Go and Do, you may unsubscribe at any time at /unsubscribe.html.
Caspian Games studio policy retains a marketing address for 24 months from the date it was stored, and deletes or suppresses it earlier if you unsubscribe. That number is studio policy, not a legal clearance.
We do not add an address to the marketing list when age is unknown, and we do not add children under 13 to the marketing list. A parent email used only for consent is kept off the marketing list.
Accounts on our own family domain additionally store their email address for access control; public players never do.
